• Referral Bonus: Referring a friend earns a bonus for both parties. Any attempt to exploit the referral system fraudulently will result in both accounts being closed.

If any attempt is made to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and no bonuses or winnings will be paid out.

• Minimum Bet: The minimum bet amount varies by game, generally starting from BDT 10.

• If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• Upon instruction from a court or law enforcement agency.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members will generally be notified before an account is closed. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice. Any valid balance will be returned after verification.

For any complaint or dispute, please follow the steps below:

• Step 1: Contact customer support via live chat or email. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
• Step 2: If the support team is unable to resolve your issue, please escalate it to senior management.
• Step 3: Disputes may be resolved through a mutually agreed third-party mediator.

Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the incident. Complaints received after this period may not be considered.
